IT Administrator – SFA Support – Lebanon

Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated IT Administrator to provide on-site support for iSell360 Go-To-Market Applications and Odoo ERP within our organization.
The role focuses on end-user assistance, basic system configurations, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly across both platforms.
The IT Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for resolving functional issues, guiding users, and coordinating with BMB’s support team for any advanced technical matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all iSell360 and Odoo ERP-related queries.
    Provide day-to-day support to Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, and other departments using these systems.
    Troubleshoot functional issues and guide users on system usage.
    Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Odoo.
    Assist users with data entry, report generation, and basic process flows in both platforms.
    Assist in data migration, report generation, and access control management.
    Coordinate with BMB support for any technical issues beyond first-level support.
    Perform minor configurations and settings adjustments within Odoo and iSell360 as per business needs.
    Support routine tasks such as data imports/exports (Excel/CSV files).
    Monitor application usage and ensure smooth workflow execution.
    Conduct basic training sessions for new users on Odoo ERP and iSell360 functionalities.
    Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and simple process documentation.
    Liaise with internal IT for network, hardware, or connectivity issues impacting access to the applications.
    Escalate incidents appropriately to external support teams (BMB) when needed.
    Track and follow up on open support tickets with vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in IT Support, Application Support, or ERP Administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP (user-level and functional understanding).
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs — ability to test endpoints and understand JSON structures.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL for data querying, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) or other ETL tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with business processes in Sales, Inventory, Finance, or similar domains.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English and [local language].

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting Odoo-based applications.
  • Understanding of Go-To-Market processes (Sales, Merchandising, Delivery).
  • Basic data handling skills (Excel imports/exports, simple reporting).
  • Experience in coordinating with external IT service providers.
