To implement and support ICT solution in accordance with BMB’s business plans and procedures. and as per the vendor’s and industry best practices while ensuring excellent clients’ satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Deliver comprehensive implementation and support services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Thoroughly evaluate and audit network systems to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Provide valuable outsourcing solutions to streamline and augment client operations.
- Replicate and troubleshoot customer issues within our controlled lab environment, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
- Empower our clients with expert training and knowledge transfer in their specific areas of interest.
- Take charge as a Project Coordinator for seamless installations, from scoping the project to obtaining customer sign-off.
- Proactively invest in personal technical development and skill enhancement in alignment with management directives.
- Undertake international projects as per our company’s agreements, broadening our global reach and expertise.
Organizational and Procedural Tasks:
- Uphold and enforce industry best practices across all deployment initiatives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project-related documentation, including project plans, site readiness requirements, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) reports.
- Keep our clients and internal stakeholders well-informed through regular email communications and up-to-date reports such as Progress Update Reports (PUR).
- Foster an organized and up-to-date documentation system for completed implementations to facilitate easy reference.
- Employ company tools with precision and efficiency, utilizing time sheets, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and other resources effectively.
Work diligently to achieve annual objectives, including mandatory training and examination requirements.
Familiarize yourself with Cisco, BMB or any other vendor’s anticorruption and anti-bribery policy and ensure abiding to it (where applicable).
Education, Skills, And Competencies:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- 0 to 3 years of experience
- Minimum CCNA (test for technical level)
- Worked during his university is a plus
- Possess a vision on new technologies, new management methods and is in phase with the strategic plan of the high management team.
