Role Summary
Handle the responsibilities of BMB Reach Hazmieh operation job & Assist in the administrative tasks of the operations department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Duties:
• Scan, print, bind (documents, invoices, tender preparations…)
• Archive (POs, invoices, documents, legal documents, completion forms, logging new contacts on CRM…)
• Send and receive DHL, faxes, courier packages and receiving orders
• Renew legal documents
• Publish internal announcements (newborns, grief, blood needs)
ERP (Navision):
• Handle Purchase Orders circulation and archiving (Reach, Jordan, Iraq) in addition to Sales Order and Customer Cards creation on Navision when needed
• Prepare Reports Generation: Sales Report, Sales Margin File and others
• Maintain the signed maintenance BoQs directory which helps BMB Technical Support Teams in assisting the clients properly
Familiarize yourself with Cisco, BMB or any other vendor’s anticorruption and anti-bribery policy and ensure abiding to it (where applicable).
Internal and External Relations
IInternal: All departments.
External: Visitors.
Education, skills And Competencies

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 0 to 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Knowledge in ERP, Laserfiche and MS Office
- Teamwork spirit to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the organization goals
