Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy

1.1 BMB Group has formalized its Anti-Corruption policy in compliance with the anti-corruption laws, and approved by its Board during 2021.

BMB is committed to upholding all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in each of these jurisdictions. BMB Complies with the ‘United Nations Convention Against Corruption’ ‘US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act’, ‘the UK Bribery Act’, and all other applicable anti-corruption laws around the world.

The Policy has been reviewed and updated consequently in March and August-November 2023.

1.2 BMB Group and its Leadership has always conducted its business with integrity, honest, fair, transparent and professional & ethical manner in all its business dealings and relationships taking a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. BMB Group avoid acts, which might reflect adversely upon the integrity and reputation of the Company.

1.3 BMB Leadership is committed to implement the overall anti-bribery programme and acts as an active example for transparency and integrity through their own behavior in the daily interaction with managers and employees.

1.4 The Policy extends across all of the Company’s business dealings in all countries and territories in which the Company operates.
